BNF's Sling Lending Project
What is "Boom-A-Rang"?
Boom-A-Rang is a sling lending project brought to you by Berkshire Nursing Families (BNF). Clients borrow slings for as long as they need one and then return it...and the cycle starts all over again.
BNF also has a small stock of wraps that we can sell to clients (the money earned on the sales goes right back into the project to be able to purchase more slings).
How does it work?
- Be a BNF client
- choose a sling/wrap/carrier from our stock.
- sign contract stating that you will return the item clean w/ all parts within 6 months or make other arrangements. If no contact or other arrangements are made at the end of the 6 months a bill will be sent for the replacement value of the item and S/H.
- return sling when done using it.
This program works well for those that:
- Cannot afford to purchase a sling/wrap/carrier.
- Would like to purchase a sling/wrap/carrier from store/internet but would like to try it out first to see if they like it.
- Would like to purchase a wrap from BNF
